law of attractionThe Law of Attraction is an universal principle which states that you can attract positive and negative things in your life based on your thoughts and actions.  It is not any ancient technique which we need to learn and implement to achieve anything we want. Knowingly or unknowingly we use the law of attraction every moment of our life. To put it in simple words, everything in this universe is in a constant state of vibration, which results in certain amount of energy. As law of thermodynamics states "Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, but it can be transformed from one form into another". So every human being produces some amount of energy, the type and amount of energy you put into the universe will come back to you eventually. Like, the more hard work you do , more results you will achieve. Similarly if you have positive beliefs and actions it indicates more happiness and success will come into your life. Law of Attraction is the fundamental key to success. You can have anything you want like success,money,happiness,love,etc. by practicing the law of attraction in your daily life. Here are some given ways to follow the same. As Neville Goddard said, "The present is not what we want, but it is what the past has produced."


How to use the Law of Attraction ?

Anyone can use the law of attraction for self improvement, for betterment of their loved ones. We all know its wonders of how it can change your life, but very few people know how to implement it effectively in your life. Remember, your outer world is directly proportional to the inner state of your mind, so have a positive mindset so that you will have positive events in your life. There are 2 main steps one should follow to implement the law of attraction.

1. Ask the universe

From childhood we were told ask God to give what you want and he will provide. It is the same, by asking God we ask the universe about the things or events we want to occur in our lives. As we grow we stop asking things from universe because reality strikes that we need to work in order to achieve. That is true, but we should never stop asking to God , to universe. Always dream big, have big goals for your life,then layout plans for how to achieve them start by planning small targets in order to achieve the bigger goal.
Focus on positive things, don't think about how will you achieve certain dream? If you can achieve it or not? what if you fail in achieving? Do not have thoughts about these types of questions.
Instead focus on how to achieve that dream? what will you do after achieving it?

2. Believe

Believe that universe will grant you everything that you wish in right time. Don't be in rush like i have been asking universe since last 1 month still haven't got any results. Just have faith that you will get everything that you desire at the right time. You can have thoughts about the feelings that you will have after you get what you want, that's baby steps for having faith and believing. Only you have the power to change your future by changing your imagination. Condition your mind to always be positive, happy, joyful. This way your brain will develop resistance for negative thoughts. So, have faith in the power of universe and more importantly believe in yourself that you can achieve anything. Nothing is impossible in this world. If someone else has achieved the same goals as yours you can too. Everybody is unique, just believe that you can do it and you will achieve it.

Manifestation

Many people have achieved many greats things in their lifetime which were beyond your imagination and capabilities. If they can achieve it so can you, they had that burning desire inside them which wouldn't let them rest until they had manifested the things they wanted for themselves. So you should be passionate about manifesting the things you want Just by asking about materialistic things you want the universe will not provide you, you have to be passionate about owning it and believe in yourself that by putting enough hard work you can achieve it. Many people want great things in their life but they just give excuses of how it is not possible for them. Winners don't give excuses they manifest the things that they want no matter what the difficulties might be. You should be fully focused on taking actions for the things you want to manifest. Like attracts like. If you are feeling excited, happy, joyful, passionate, appreciative or abundant, then you are sending out positive energy. Likewise, if you are feeling bored, depressed, stressed out, anxious then you are sending negative energy into universe, hence you will receive negativity in your life. Because you always attract energy of same frequency that you send out into the world.Whatever you are thinking and feeling at any given time is basically your request to the universe for more of the same.

Sleep Technique for Manifestation

Before going to bed, close your eyes and have deep breaths to relax your brain of boatload of thoughts. After your mind is relaxed think about the things that you want in your life may it be success, money, love , happiness, etc. Think about you have already achieved your goal, concentrate on that feeling, pay attention to every minute details. Have affirmations for your goals, repeat those affirmations while lying on the bed and going to sleep. Do not have affirmations like I want to become rich, instead have affirmations like I am rich . Switch off your electronic devices 1 hour before going to bed, because these things heavily affect our mind in our sleep. Our mind is divided into two parts one is Conscious mind and the other is Subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is active only when the conscious mind is not active that is in our sleep. We process our information and thoughts and beliefs via conscious mind in the day time, and dump everything onto subconscious mind. So even if we are sleeping our subconscious mind is active processing those thoughts and actions and analyzing about how those things can be brought into reality. So always feed positive and good things to your brain so that good events will occur in reality.

Meditation

Our brain processes approx 70,000 thoughts daily. It is very hard nowadays to concentrate on simple task alone. So meditation is very necessary to implement the law of attraction. Meditation frees your mind from unwanted thoughts or getting distracted easily. In using law of attraction having focus on your goals is must. So one who practices meditation, it will be easier for them to implement the law of attraction. Here are some basic steps for meditation for beginners.
  • Sit with a straight back and relax your body
  • Close your eyes and have deep breaths.
  • Concentrate on your breath and slow it down.
  • Thoughts will come , but try to avoid them, shut them off 
  • Do this for min. 30 mins daily
You will not experience its results immediately, but eventually you will understand the effect of meditation on your life. It will be difficult at first to just sit and concentrate, many thoughts will come in start. Its okay just try to concentrate as much as possible. Because clear and focused mind is very important to achieve success.
